It was the first day in my studio. I was covered in paint and sweaty and … well, gross. And then Noel walked in looking fabulous and I just wanted to crawl.in.a.hole.and.die.of.embarrassment. I feel so lucky that Noel just happens to know my landlords (wink, wink) and after finally meeting again (and I was clean I might add!) she and Jorge chose to book us for their winter wonderland wedding. I’m dying to see the amazingness that she sets up for the big day … and am really enjoying her enthusiasm, friendly emails and voicemails and excitement she has for including me in her wedding planning.
When Steffi and I showed up for their park engagement session, I was panicking. GIANT, hideous storm clouds were looming, we’d already seen some sprinkling of rain and I kept telling Noel and Jorge to be prepared we’d get rained out. But we kept shooting and the rain held off and in the end, we had a fabulous time and ended up with some sweeeeeet photos!

I’m obsessed with this photo.

The park handed up a little treasure … an awesome willow tree.

Oh, hi Noel … You.Are.GORGEOUS.

I’d like to add that Noel chose to get her hair and makeup done … and IT MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE! To any of my future brides, consider doing it because it not only makes the photos amazing but it leaves you feeling pretty awesome too. It’s fun to get pampered and all made up! Huge shout-out to Larissa Lake and team on a fabulous job!

Thanks to this fabulous bridge we had a cute spot to wrap up the day!

These were my first red-soled shoes that I’ve ever shot! EEEEEK! Can’t deny I wanted to beg Noel to let me slip on one of thoseĀ christian louboutins ….

What park were these taken at?
