Vintage Flower Girl Dresses – French Country Wedding

I’m still in a haze … you know, that haze of IS THIS REALLY MY LIFE?” and how am I SO DARN LUCKY? Jeremy and I spent much of our flight back from France (the flight where we didn’t sleep a wink I might add and the zantax I took was seriously NOT CUTTING IT for me and my flying nerves) talking about how incredibly blessed we are; blessed to have all these little amazing moments connect together and bring us to France. Sometimes I’m awestruck at how my life has unfolded for me and the wonderful things God has chosen to bless Jeremy and I with.

And so the haze of it all has left me trying to comb through images, figure out what to show now, what to wait to show and just how to begin telling this incredible story of Celine and Tom … the story of how continents away from each other, God had plans that they’d meet and begin their journey together. It’s really enormous if you think about it … enormously, mind-blowingly FANTASTIC. So for now, I’m editing and working on telling their story but can’t help but share these two spreads I put together. I’ve been dying to edit with a really old feel … and I just felt these were the perfect ones to edit like this.

I might seriously squeeze these two out of how adorable they were … and so well-behaved! When I left for the train station, the youngest came up to me with her eyes wide open, tugged at my sweater and in the tiniest little voice with the softest little English accent said to me, ” I love your photos.” I just about darn near died my heart melted so much.

This shot of Celine and Tom was posted on FB the other day so they could sneak a peek while honeymooning in Africa (insert insane jealousy!) but wanted to make sure that their families, specifically their moms who may not be on FB are able to see this.
